Not a corporate location, no hot dogs, bad entrance for trucks, friendly staff tho. Ok bathroom's. Expensive packaged sandwiches, heard they might add a subway and dunkin in the future... we'll see.

Decent parking lot size. Very poor cleanliness in the bathroom, very bare shelves, coffee options but no fountain drinks.

Not clean at all the shower had mold and mildew on the ceiling and the door didn't have a lock at all.

If I have ever seen a poorer Pilot Travel Center it was in the 80's. The customer service was terrible. Imagine talking to a leaking faucet. There is not fountain machine. The store does not have half the product of the average Pilot. The bathroom smells like 2 day old pee and it is filthy. The store has two employees and a guys standing outside. And the store is slow. There is no reason for the store to be dirty. PLUS: They are across the street from a great hotel.Today's gas price is $2.69 a gallon. December 9th, 2019 2:19pm.If you can... Avoid this place

Nice ladies bathroom for a gas station. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Still needs new mirrors. Also, to be kept clean. Thoroughly cleaned. And fix toilet.

This place needs to be remodeled badly bathrooms are never clean and always with a bad smell store is unorganized but plenty parking space that’s it

The old man who work here is really Rude normally every others place are nice but not in this one

30 years driving never seen anything like this mess.No food dirty inside and out,Showers smell of mildew,floors dirty.Looks like the only ones that attend are the druggies playing machines.Leave it too pilot to put there name on this building.It fits into there corporate agenda

Clean bathrooms helpful staff one star removed because of much higher than normal prices. Yes it is a truck stop, I understand why price of goods is higher than walmart. This one pilot of many, has outrageous prices for every thing they sell. I will not be purchasing anything at this Pilot store again.

Probably the worst pilot I’ve been to. And I’ve been with a good bit of pilots in my day. To be avoided if possible. Gas was also disproportionately higher in price for the region in case you needed another reason to avoid.

This has got to be the absolute worst fuel stop I've ever had the displeasure of going through. The mens room was a disgusting mess and smelled of old urine and filth. I will never go to this particular Pilot even if I was out of hours and they had parking.

My thanks to Mrs.Diana she always helpful cheerful.i been to this pilot Several different occasion.I like that they have a dinner ,truck wash right in this particular pilot .

No food. Subway and dairy queen are gone, the diner is closed and they have no rollers for hot dogs or tornadoes. No trash cans in the lot so there's trash everywhere, very disgusting. Also, no lines in the lot and lots of big pot holes. Truck wash was also closed. Only good for a place to park and use the restroom. Might as well be a rest area.

This is not a real pilot, if I was out of hours here I would PC and go someplace else.

Worst experience. It took over 45 mins to get a cheeseburger and fries. I found a hair on my plate of food. Fries were cold when meal arrived and the burger was so thin with no taste. The portion size was enough for a small child. I am still hungry after leaving. Staff are very inexperienced and I will not be returning.

Thankful for a place to park and rest but they don't have anything in the store no fountain drinks, no showers or hot food but again grateful for the rest area

This is my first time I've got fuel from this location it's kinda weird ..but got surprised its pretty huge parking lot ,clean restrooms alot of snacks and dinner near by. Staff members very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get in fueled and out so definitely I'll stop get fuel from here.

Friendly staff and fairly tight parking

I expected a bigger plaza. Gas pumps are cramped like at a small convenience store rather than a typical truck plaza. The operation of the pumps is really confusing, to the point they printed up and laminated directions to try to help customers. Just get new pumps!

We stopped to get gas and used the restroom. A lady was cleaning the men's restroom. She was very kind and let my husband and my boys used the staff bathroom. Very helpful lady!

Mostly a truck stop with a well stocked convenience store. Wide selection of snacks and travel accessories.

WOW this was a good truckstop at one time but now that it's a pilot its awful,no showers,no food,no ac and filthy bathrooms. I dont think I've seen a worse pilot. Just a place to park.

It was beautiful... But very small no laundry room ... There were two though ... One pilot on one side and one on the other side of the road ...

As a commercial driver, naturally I drive all 48 states. I stopped at this pilot about a week ago, and that will be my only visit. Parking lot is a total mess, store is without question probably one of the nastiest Fuel stops I have ever been to. And to top it off, I filled up with DEF and fuel which ended up being a bad batch. Reeked havoc on my Truck So I had to run the truck until DEF was almost empty which obviously is not good for the truck either. Will never go back to this pilot.

Only 3 showers, cannot lock your shower door. Sink was clogged up. Shower took 7 min to get hot water. Only 1 ply toilet paper. So far I don't see French vanilla creamer. Staff are vey nice. Worse Pilot I have been too. Nobody plowing the snow in the parking lot. Trucks sliding going up the hill. Funny but sad. Lost power in the store for a few seconds. Thx weather....

Really small place and they desperately need a cold beverage station. Very nice employees. Clean restrooms and showers. Lots of truck parking.

Pilots and Flying J are always great. Easy in and out. Prices are high but you pay for the convenience

Pilot needs to invest into remodel. And fix truck lot. People very friendly. Easy on and off 81.

Nice big parki g area. Truck wash. Scale. Coffee I side. Small fueling area, subway inside. Diner next door.... Overall, good place. I would certainly reccomend this place to a fellow truck without a doubt. If lot is full, there are spots to make ur own parking if you are creative.

Sounds like the place was just recently purchased by Pilot, needs some finishing touches but not bad over all. Best thing is the dinner next door, soon to be moved across the street, with real food. They have a truck wash out back and a Cat Scale on the premises too.

What is wrong with you pilot, having only one person over night taking care of the whole store. That we can't even get a shower. There is nothing to buy in the store because nothing is stocked. This store will definitely be on the no stop list and I will pass it along to my fellows drivers to do the same. Your parking lot is a free fall and drivers park wherever they what? Shame on you for not taking care of this store! One store is not even close to a rating!

We had to travel later than we like but we lucked out and got a level parking space in truck area. Lot could use some work. Great meal at diner next door.

It's a hole-in-the-wall as far as Pilots are concerned only four automobile sized vehicles can fuel at a time. Customers waiting in line get testy if you don't start your engine and move immediately after fueling

Big parking lot that's full of holes. Inside should have been remodeled ten years ago and no restaurant.

Pretty tight to get into the fuel islands, especially when people park behind and limit the amount of room you have. The inside is pretty sparse and dirty, but the staff was friendly and courteous.

Nice but old. Place needs to be remodeled and updated. Staff was great and more than happy to help in whatever your needs are.

This pilot is terrible now, shelves haven't been stocked in weeks an they got rid of the soda fountain

Staff was courteous however there was no fountain drink machine and prices seemed a little higher than other Pilots. Very tight fuel aisle if diesel truck is present. Didn't really care for this pilot. Also no automatic shower check-in.

Bathrooms were a mess. Healthy food options were scarce but it's a truck stop, what did I expect? Gas station down the road the other side of the high way had some fruit which wasn't terrible.

One of the nastiest truck stops I have ever been to and the staff look nastier than the store and no customer service they were treating the white men nice and kind and every black or Hispanic person they were treating them very nasty it felt like I was in Mississippi in 1860 allover again need to be shut down for good

This is quite possibly the worst Pilot Truck Stop in the country. The parking lot is terrible. The pumps consistently do not work. No pay at the pump. There store is dirty and the bathrooms are filthy and always smell like urine. I end up here from time to time and find the same thing every time. Disappointing

The coffee is great. Breakfast is not always so good.

Small not very well stocked. But truck stops are thin here so ill take what i can get
